Memberships are not cancelled throughout the term of the membership cycle. Membership can be transferred to another person upon approval from the MWS. Event tickets can be cancelled within the parameters of each event's policies. Please refer to each event’s ticketing process for details on cancellation policy.
Event tickets are available through the MWS website. Tickets may be available at the door for certain events. Please refer to the specific booking and cancellation policy to each event’s listing for details. Tickets may not be resold.
Memberships are for a consecutive 12-month period unless otherwise noted. Memberships will automatically renew if cancellation notice is not received in writing 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) prior to renewal date.
The Memphis Wine Society will do its best to accommodate any special requests for events and functions such as accessibility, dietary restrictions and other member needs. Please communicate any such requests to a staff member prior to the event to discuss options.
The Memphis Wine Society does not sell any information to third parties.
